Founded in September 2023 and headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, Formyard LTD is a specialist provider of formwork, scaffolding, and construction support solutions serving Nigeria and the wider West African market. We combine high-quality systems with engineering expertise, project planning, and on-site technical support to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Our team brings more than 17 years of industry experience, having successfully supported and delivered complex construction projects across West Africa. This expertise is built on extensive experience gained through leadership, technical, and commercial roles with globally recognized formwork and scaffolding companies, including Doka and KwikForm, throughout Nigeria and the West African region.

UrbanRoots is a Nigerian building materials manufacturer and the maker of Nigeria's No. 1 formwork board. Its PVC formwork board is produced locally as a practical, economical alternative to imported plywood: it withstands heavy loads, delivers a smooth concrete finish, resists moisture, and can be reused for 20 or more casts.
